Create a buffer of strips… Yea, good idea! Seems like none of us ever has time to do so, especially when we have a “day job” or other real world concerns that are more important. If you’re going to do this stuff full time, a buffer is almost essential.
The best I get with buffering is the next comic. I have some works in progress, but there is usually something preventing me from finishing them in time for the next publication. So, it’s unlikely I get around to buffering enough. But it’s still a nice thought.

But yeah, I know what you mean. I had almost a month ahead at one point then last weekend was like “Oh no, I have to make up some horrid art and semi amusing dialogue!” luckily bad art comes as naturally as falling down stairs for me.
