I’ve concluded that I suck at drawing water splashes. This should come as no surprise as I had concluded a long time ago that I suck at drawing everything. I also find that drawing swoosh marks by hand is a real pain with a tablet: draw, nope, undo, draw, still not right, undo, repeat until fed up.
Actually, I did rebuild part of the framing for the hot tub. Two corner supports were rotting away. I also had a cracked tube that needed patching; that still needs to be leak tested.
Today’s project: see if I can get my scanner working again. This is probably a bad idea as that will prove that I *really* suck at drawing and it isn’t just the small tablet that’s the issue. Maybe I’ll get lucky and find that the scanner is broken.
I can’t wait to see where this leads. This is the first time I recall blob being well watered. I wonder if he’ll sprout. Or maybe he’s actually an egg of some sort. Or maybe he’s just a wet blob, I dunno. Either way, exciting stuff.
And you have a drawing tablet and a hot tub so now I am required by unreasonable envy to hate you. That’s too bad too, now there are less than half a dozen people that I’m not required to have negative feelings towards.
