Don’t laugh (or maybe you should); when I first stuffed him in and did the one-axis scaling, I doubled the wrong direction and *did* get a round blob. (“Hello, Undo!”).

Could be worse – it could be one of those widescreen movies from the 70s where they weren’t doing Pan-and-Scan or Letterbox yet, so they just crammed the entire picture in there and everyone was 8 feet tall and 10 inches wide… or, in the blob’s case, perfectly round.
