There’s an easy way to help support the webcomics you read: don’t block ads on their site.
Many webcomickers get revenue through ads. If you block them, they get paid less, especially if the ad run is based on impressions, the number of times the ad is seen, either directly or indirectly.
Yes, I know some of the ads are a pain to look at (which is why I wish they would enable control of animated images in google chrome), but it’s worth it to show your support for the webcomic you’re reading, right? Besides, you might actually find a useful ad in the group (like a link to another good webcomic!).
So, please whitelist the site or do whatever it takes for the ad to be displayed so the people who took time to write and draw the comics you read can get some compensation for your enjoyment.

Our dear blob went awol, again. We managed to track him down to a rooftop before he had a chance to jump. (Hey, we wouldn’t want to miss seeing that!)
Unfortunately, he came down peacefully. After we shot him with tranquilizers. Lethal tranquilizers. With just a hint of mint.
If today’s comic is late, you now know why.
Sigh. Due to holiday related real-life issues, the comic will be late (like you hadn’t noticed already). Should be up sometime tomorrow at the latest.

My guest strip is up today on Butternut Squash!
To the existing BNS readers who bothered to wander over here: Hi! I know this comic isn’t much too look at, especially compared to the wonderful comics put out by Ramon Perez and Rob Coughler, but I promise it will get better (it can’t get much worse, anyway).
As stated in the About, this is sort of a holding pattern comic until I get a better idea of what I want to do for a real comic. It shows the issues I’m finding in the process, being somewhat new to this business.
