Koala Cold Turkey
The idea for this one came late while watching Lartist at Work on ustream, the weekly video stream of Lar deSouza, artist for Least I Could Do and Looking for Group. The question of what a koala would be like if it wasn’t on the narcoleptic influence of eucalyptus leaves and what other creatures would be like if they ate them instead. Turns out, they’re toxic but koalas are resistant to the toxins.
HA! I like the name of that store. And koala are bloodthirsty beasts that would eat all life on earth, so help preserve the eucalyptus forests or we’re all at their mercy! The koalas, not the trees. Well sort of at the trees mercy, which is why I hunt down any eucalyptus trees rumored to have developed sentience. 4th generation sentient eucalyptus hunter sco3tt, at your service.
